The questions we get most

Send 1–2 good-quality photos of each person, with a clearly visible, unblurred face. Add their story and important memories. You do not need a professional script: your memories will become a story that we agree with you before production.

Tell us who it is for, the feelings you want to express and the memories you share. Names, favourite phrases and small details make the song personal. You do not need finished lyrics: we develop them from your story and ask you to approve them.

First we agree the lyrics, genre, style and vocals: female, male or a duet. Then we prepare two demos so you can choose the sound you prefer. Once you approve one and pay any remaining balance, you receive the full version. If you paid in full, no further payment is required before delivery.

We discuss your story, agree the script and collect photos of the characters. Production begins once we have the necessary materials and a deposit or full payment. The next stage is the finished film based on the agreed script.

We work through lyric edits with you before approval. After production begins and you receive the finished version, one lyric revision and one genre revision are available. Agreeing names, wording and mood beforehand helps the song express your message accurately.

Full or partial payment is possible depending on the payment method. We agree the arrangements before production. For a partially paid song order, we deliver the full version after you select a demo and pay the balance.

We send the finished materials as separate files to preserve delivery quality rather than compressing them as a regular chat video. Depending on your order, you receive the film or the complete song.

Yes. A film ordered with a personal song also includes the complete song as a separate file. For example, for a one-minute film with a three-minute song, we choose verses and a chorus that suit the story and edit. The full song is yours to listen to separately.
