The Kyrgyzstan operation does not currently accept payments on this website.
Your order
We create a personalised animated film, song or combination, delivered as digital files. Before payment we confirm in writing the seller, package, duration, language, content, technical format, total price, currency, included taxes, stages and delivery date. Extras require separate agreement before work. Sending an enquiry does not constitute a purchase or start production.
Production and approval
Films usually take 24–48 hours after receiving materials, script approval and the agreed deposit or full payment. Provide 1–2 clear photographs per character. Songs usually require 2–3 hours of production after the story, lyrics, genre, style, vocals and payment are agreed. Time awaiting customer replies is excluded; the delivery date is confirmed individually. We communicate delays and discuss a revised date or cancellation, respecting consumer rights.
Demos and revisions
Songs include two demos after approval of the lyrics, genre, style and male, female or duet vocals. The selected full version is delivered after any balance is paid. Lyrics are revised before approval; after production one lyrics revision and one genre change are included. Films of 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 minutes include revisions to 2 / 3 / 3 / 4 / 5 scenes respectively. A scene revision is an agreed set of changes within the approved script. A new script or extra scenes are quoted separately. Corrections of our departures from the approved brief do not use this allowance or restrict statutory remedies.
Payment and delivery
Full payment or an agreed deposit with balance before the full version is possible. Available methods, amount and currency are shown before payment; online checkout is not yet enabled. Delivery is by agreed Telegram, WhatsApp or Google Drive file. A film-and-song package includes the complete song separately even if the film uses an excerpt. The final Google Drive file is available for 30 calendar days after final delivery. Download it; after deletion repeat delivery is not guaranteed. This does not remove rights concerning defects.
Materials and rights
You must have the necessary rights and permissions for supplied photos, voice and other materials, including authorisation from a legal representative for children’s materials. Do not send unnecessary sensitive documents. Personal use and gifting are permitted; commercial use and transferred rights require written agreement. We do not promise exclusive rights in third-party music, characters or elements. Studio publication of work, messages or reviews requires separate permission; refusal does not affect the order.
Applicable protections
Georgian law applies to the Georgian seller only insofar as mandatory rules permit. Consumers retain mandatory protections applicable in their country of residence, including distance-selling and digital-content remedies. These terms do not prevent complaints to a competent court, consumer authority or bank. See the separate refund policy.
