Request cancellation
Email ForHappinessStudio@gmail.com or contact your order manager. Provide your name, contact, order date and reference if available, and a cancellation statement. A reason is not required to exercise a statutory withdrawal right. Never send a CVV, password or full card number. We send written acknowledgement and a refund calculation.
Before production
We refund payments in full if production has not started. A deposit is not automatically non-refundable. Duplicate or erroneous payments are refunded to the extent of the excess charge.
After work has started
On cancellation, only the lawfully payable, actually completed part of the agreed work may be charged, with an explained calculation. There is no arbitrary penalty or automatic loss of the entire payment for a personalised order. If the law requires a full refund, it is given. Payment for the unperformed part is returned.
Distance contracts
Any applicable 14-day or other statutory withdrawal period remains available. Starting services before its expiry requires a separate express request where the law requires it. Loss of withdrawal rights on full service performance or commencement of digital-content supply applies only when all legal requirements are met, including separate prior consent, acknowledgement of consequences and confirmation on a durable medium. A general checkbox or script approval alone is not a waiver. Until that process is completed, we do not rely on loss of withdrawal rights.
Defects and delays
Tell us how the result differs from the approved brief. We offer free correction within a reasonable agreed time. If correction is impossible, unsuccessful or another legal remedy applies, an appropriate price reduction or termination and refund is available as required by law. If we cannot perform the order, we refund payment for the undelivered result. Creative revision limits do not restrict statutory remedies.
Refund timing
We normally respond within 3 working days. Refunds due are sent without undue delay, within 14 calendar days of the withdrawal notification where a refund obligation arises, or sooner if applicable law requires. Refunds use the original payment method and transaction currency unless the law permits another agreed method at no cost to you. Bank posting times vary; we confirm submission of the refund. Bank currency conversion may affect the amount in your account currency. Bank rules do not override mandatory consumer rights.
