Data and purposes
We process contacts, order stories and supplied photos or voice, approvals, payment information and technical request data to respond, perform the contract, maintain security, keep required records and handle claims. Bases depend on purpose: pre-contract steps and contract, legal duties, justified interests in security and defending rights, and separate consent where required. We do not request full card details in messages.
Suppliers and transfers
We use our equipment and third-party processing, communication, hosting and storage services. Necessary materials may be shared with cloud audio/video processing providers, Google Drive, chosen messengers and payment providers. Processing may occur outside the seller’s and customer’s countries, subject to applicable transfer grounds and safeguards. Ask us for recipient and transfer information. We do not claim processing is exclusively local.
Retention
Source materials and working copies under our control are deleted within 7 days after completion and agreed revisions. Final Google Drive files are deleted after 30 calendar days from final delivery. External service and messaging copies may remain under their rules; local deletion does not automatically erase all external copies. Accounting records and necessary approval evidence are retained separately for applicable legal periods and justified claim handling. Portfolio materials follow the separate permission.
Publication and your rights
Photos, completed work, reviews, messages and payment evidence are not published without separate permission. Permission may be withdrawn for future use. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and other applicable rights, and complain to the competent supervisory authority. We request only necessary verification information. Legal retention duties may limit deletion.
Website storage
Browser storage retains your brief draft and interface state. Clear the draft in the form; take care on shared devices. Optional advertising analytics must not run without consent where required. External messenger and service links are subject to those services’ own data policies.
